About Me

I am a registered psychologist passionate about helping adults navigate life’s challenges, gain deeper self-awareness, and build the hope and courage needed to make meaningful changes. My aim is to guide clients toward healthier lives and stronger relationships.

Outside of work, I’m a mother of two young adults and a pet Moodle. I enjoy gardening, aerial yoga, and catching up with friends.
